Voice data: When you use the microphone, your voice is processed by Whisper (speech-to-text) on a server in Germany (Contabo GmbH, Munich). Voice recordings are deleted immediately after transcription. They are not stored or shared with third parties.
Text questions: Your text questions are processed by OpenAI GPT-4o-mini to generate responses. No personal data is included in API requests — only the text of your question.
Voice synthesis: Text responses are converted to speech by ElevenLabs Inc (DPA signed, EU-US Data Privacy Framework certified). Only the response text is sent — not your voice or personal data.
If you voluntarily provide your name, email, or phone number during conversation, this data is stored on our server in Germany for the purpose of contacting you. You can request deletion at any time.
If you place an order through the avatar, order details (items, room number) are stored on our server in Germany. Order data is used only to fulfill your request.
